When a new area opens, Luca comes by with his offer. Tap it to fit them.
It costs Pearls or a small purchase. Each area is fitted once.

3Fair workProgress

Only the new area's own generators, one of each, and only below level 3.
Never free. If nothing is left to fit, the purchase pays 150 Pearls instead.
